Company Vehicle
Our most exciting benefit! See yourself in a 2022 Jeep Compass? For Residential Services Managers, Crisis Services Managers, and House Supervisors a company vehicle is provided upon hire. We provide the car and the maintenance! That includes oil changes, car washes, tires, brakes, and anything else the vehicle may need! Employees may choose $5,000 in additional compensation in lieu of the vehicle.
Morning Differential
If you pick up or are scheduled for a two-hour morning shift, Monday - Friday, we will pay you an extra $2.00/hr.
Competitive Pay
The pay range for our DSP's is $19.00-$25 per hour, depending on experience and the position/location being filled.
401K Retirement and Savings Plan
The company matches 100% for the first 1% contribution and 50% for the next 5% contribution.
Paid Training
Training time is paid at the regular rate of pay.
Mileage Reimbursement
Genesis Group Homes, Inc. has company vehicles at many of our sites. We will provide reimbursement for use of your personal vehicle at 62.5 cents per mile.
Educational Assistance
We have partnered with Rasmussen College to allow employees to receive up to 15% discount on their tuition. Ask about our other tuition reimbursement programs.
